Today we walk through...? Route Path of the Three Villages (PR-A 360)

The Three Villages Trail (PR-A 360) is a hiking route that runs through the villages of Padules, Beires y Almócitain the province of Almeria, Spain. This route has a length of 12.43 km kilometers and can be completed in about 5-6 hours approx (it will also depend on the level of preparation of the hiker...).

The route is described below:

The route starts at Padulesat the Plaza de la Constitución. From here, follow the signs to the PR-A 360The tour will take you through olive groves and almond fields to the Barranco de la Alpujarra.

Continue along the trail, passing by the Mirador de la Era Alta, where you can enjoy breathtaking views of the Sierra de Gádor and the Andarax valley.

After about 6 kilometers, you will arrive at Beires. Here, you can relax and enjoy the charm of this white village in the Alpujarra of Almeria.

From Beiresfollow the trail that will lead you down the mountainside to the Las Ánimas Fountainwhere you can refresh yourself with spring water.

Follow the route, which will take you through the mountain range and Mediterranean forest to Almócita. Here, you will be able to visit the Church of the Immaculate Conception and the Sierra Nevada Natural Park.

  1. Finally, follow the trail back to PadulesThe route takes you along the old bridle path that connects the three villages. Enjoy the panoramic views and natural scenery as you return to your starting point.

The Three Towns Trail is a route of easy technical difficulty and highly rewarding, as it will allow you to get to know the beauty and cultural richness of the region. Alpujarra of Almeriaand visit 3 villages while hiking.

Don't forget to bring comfortable clothes and appropriate footwear, water and enough food (although along the route you will be able to eat tapas and eat in restaurants and bars in any of the 3 villages...).
